Lightweight and soundproof precast hollow core concrete wall made using sustainable material, a more efficient substitute to bricks and AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) that are commonly used in both high rise buildings and residential projects.

ANTI CRACK CONNECTION
We use a special technique that is guaranteed and have been proven to prevent cracks on our wall connection, something that not many other products have.
GOOD SOUND ISOLATION
Due to its hollow property, Spanwall have an STC rating of up to 47 db. This is very ideal if you need a partition that can reduce sound transmission between rooms.
HOLLOW PROPERTY BENEFITS
Not only does it make the structural weight lighter, the hollow property of our slabs can also be used for Mechanical Electronic uses such as cables and conduit pipes.
