HOLLOW CORE PANEL EXTERIOR (HCPX)
A smooth and highly durable precast hollow core exterior wall with pre-stressed PC wires
that are more commonly used for industrial building and warehouses.
HCPXÂ FEATURES
HIGH DURABILITY & INCREASED SECURITY
Our pre-stressed walls uses a minimum concrete quality of fc' 40 (K-500), making it more durable and secure compared to lightweight concrete or Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC).
LONG SPAN
The HCPX span between collumns can reach up to a maximum of 8 meters, reducing the need of practical collumns.
SMOOTH FINISH
Our HCPX have a relatively smooth surface on both sides, making it ready-to-paint or
simply exposed.
RAPID INSTALLATION
Once the pre fabricated slabs arrived on site, up to 100 square meter of wall can be installed in 8 hours using a crane.
FIREPROOF RATING
Like our hollow core slabs, our HCPX can withstand high temperatures due to the "pre-compression effect" from its hollow property.
SOUNDPROOFING
The hollow cavities present in our HCPX retains some of the sounds that gets transmitted through it, therefore creating a good sound insulation.
